All cards ship from Munich, Germany.

Shipping Destination

Domestic, EU countries, UK, Switzerland & USA.

For orders outside the EU, customs fees or import taxes not included in the price.

Shipping Carrier

We use Deutsche Post DHL Group or Hermes Germany. Your personal shipping rate will be calculated during the check-out process.

Standard or Registered Shipping

You can either choose a Standard shipping (without tracking information) or Registered shipping (with tracking information).

chollect.com will not be liable for failed shipment when Standard shipping (without tracking information) is selected.

Dispatch

Please allow 1-2 days for dispatch. We will try our best to dispatch your order within the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive at the destination. Below is only an estimation of delivery period.

EU Countries (outside Germany) - 1-3 weeks
